Whether you are buying a new home or commercial building, I can help. I employ only the highest standards when inspecting your prospective property.  I inspect from the foundation to the roof and everything in between, including but not limited to, the electrical system, HVAC system, plumbing system, interior and exterior components, even built in kitchen appliances.  I also offer wood destroying insect (termites, etc.) inspection, mold assessment, radon testing, asbestos testing, indoor air quality (Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) and mold VOC's.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to me until after you hire me.

Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and –yes--different pricing.

One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work – a lot of work.
